Do you help assemble PCs tailored to individual needs, such as gaming, office or video editing PCs?

Yes! If you visit our store in person or send us what you would use the computer for and what your budget is, our colleagues will put together an optimal parts list. Upon request, we will also assemble and test your computer from the selected components.

How can I know whether the selected component, such as a graphics card or RAM, is compatible with my existing computer?

You can find detailed specifications on our product page. If you are unsure, send us the details of your current configuration, such as the motherboard, power supply and processor type, and our experts will check compatibility free of charge before purchase.

Will the warranty be voided on a complete computer purchased from you if I later upgrade the memory or storage myself?

No, we do not seal the cases of PCs purchased from us with a warranty sticker. You can safely clean the computer or upgrade its components. The warranty is only voided for the specific component if physical damage occurs during the upgrade due to improper installation.

How often should the computer be cleaned, and do you provide thermal paste replacement and dust removal?

For stable operation, we recommend internal dust removal and thermal paste replacement once a year. In our service department, we provide complete cleaning for desktop computers and laptops, which drastically reduces operating noise and helps prevent overheating.
